- Year of Passing: Candidates who completed their Graduation/Diploma more than three years ago will not be considered.
- Mode of Education: Candidates who obtained their qualification through distance learning or part-time mode are NOT eligible.

- Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age as of the date of the notification.
