Are You Eligible? Key Qualifications and Criteria
Before you plan to attend the walk-in interview, please ensure you meet all the eligibility norms.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
- Eligible Engineering Streams:
- Mechanical: Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics / Automobile
- Electrical: Electrical & Electronics (EEE) / Electronics & Communication (ECE) / Electrical & Instrumentation (EIE)
- Metallurgy: Metallurgy / Engineering Metallurgy / Material Science & Engineering
- Information Technology: Computer Science / Information Technology
- A relaxation of 5% in the minimum percentage of marks is applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Experience
- This recruitment is open to both Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Production, Quality, R&D, Planning, Sales, or Maintenance, especially within the Automobile Industry.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit is 29 years as on the date of the walk-in interview.
- Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Government of India guidelines.
Salary and Terms of Engagement
This is a fixed-term contract position with an attractive, progressively increasing salary.
- Contract Duration: The initial engagement is for one year, extendable annually up to a maximum of three more years (total 4 years) based on performance and company requirements.
- Consolidated Monthly Pay:
- 1st Year: ₹ 35,000/-
- 2nd Year: ₹ 37,500/-
- 3rd Year: ₹ 40,000/-
- 4th Year: ₹ 43,000/-
