Are You Eligible? Check the Criteria!

Before you apply, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Age Limit: You must not be older than 40 years as of the closing date of application. (Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESIC Employees and other categories as per government rules).

Educational Qualification:

For Medical Candidates: An MD/MS or DNB in the concerned subject.

For Dentistry: An MDS in the respective subject.

For Non-Medical Candidates: A Master’s degree and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in the concerned subject (e.g., Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry).

Experience: A minimum of three years of teaching experience as a Senior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator or equivalent in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the postgraduate degree is mandatory.

Selection Process

The selection will be made directly through a personal Interview conducted by a Selection Board. If the number of applications is large, ESIC reserves the right to shortlist candidates for the interview.

How to Apply (Offline Mode)

The application process is offline. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Download the Application Form: Get the prescribed application proforma from the official advertisement on the ESIC website.
2. Prepare the Demand Draft: You need to get a Demand Draft (DD) or Banker’s Cheque for the application fee of ₹500. The DD should be in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No. 2’, payable at Faridabad. (Female, SC/ST, PwBD, ESIC Employees, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the fee).
3. Fill the Form: Complete the application form with all your accurate details and affix a recent passport-size photograph.
4. Gather Your Documents: Prepare self-attested photocopies of all required documents, including educational certificates, experience certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), date of birth proof, and research publications.
5.
